Block Party Request Form

The Elburn & Countryside Fire Protection District is happy to participate, when requested, in block and birthday parties within our fire district.  A fire engine &/or ambulance will visit the party, and the firefighters will answer questions, demonstrate various pieces of equipment, and open the apparatus for viewing.

Please submit your request at least 14-21 days before the party date. Requests will be considered based on availability. You will be notified within 7 days of your request as to if the fire department will be able to participate.

Attendance at block or birthday parties is limited due to the crew being on duty. The first priority of the duty crew and apparatus is to respond to emergency incidents. If they are dispatched to a call, they may either be late or not able to attend the party. If the duty crew and apparatus are already at your party, they will need to leave.

Block parties in the Villlage of Elburn limits require a permit.
