Schedule a Station Tour Request Form

The Elburn & Countryside Fire Protection District welcomes residents and their families that wish to tour our stations. Station tours take approximately 30-60 minutes depending on the group. 

Please submit your request at least 10-14 days before the requested station tour date. Requests will be considered based on availability. You will be notified within 7 days of your request as to if we are able to schedule a station tour.

Station tours may be delayed or canceled based on the crews availability The first priority of the duty crew and apparatus is to respond to emergency incidents. If they are dispatched to a call, they may not be present upon your arrival for the tour & do not have the ability to contact you beforehand. If this occurs, we apologize in advance for the inconvenience.

If the duty crew is already giving the station tour and a call is dispatched, they will need to leave. This will cause your station tour to be cut short and your group will be asked to exit the station. Once again, sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
