The Elburn & Countryside Fire Protection District is pleased to host a 40-hour Fire Apparatus Engineer (FAE) Class.

Course Details

Dates: Monday, August 31, 2026 – Friday, September 4, 2026
Time: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. daily
Location: Station #1, 200 East Route 38, Elburn, IL 60119

Registration

Registration is required for all students.
To register, each student must:
1. Complete the attached Student Registration Form.
2. Email the completed form to Lt. Stephen Coomes at scoomes@elburnfire.gov
3. Submit the $600.00 registration fee no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, August 17, 2026.

Credit/Debit Card Payment Instructions
To pay online using a credit or debit card, please use the MAKE PAYMENT link on the homepage of the website and complete the following steps:
1. Order Section
Enter $600.00 as the payment amount.
In the description field, enter 2026 FAE Class.
Select Checkout.

2. Payment Section
Enter your credit or debit card information.

3. Billing Address Section
Enter your full name, billing address, email address, and phone number.

4. Custom Section
Under Payment Type, select Class Fee from the drop-down menu.

5. View your information and Submit Payment.
