| Join the Elburn & Countryside Fire Protection District as we come together to honor, remember, and reflect on the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001.
This special community event will begin with a Remembrance Ceremony from 8:00–9:30 AM, honoring all who answered the call and recognizing the courage, sacrifice, and service demonstrated on September 11 and in the years that followed. The ceremony will include participation from the Elburn & Countryside Honor Guard.
Following the ceremony, the firehouse will remain open for a Community Open House from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM. Residents and families are invited to stop by, enjoy coffee, visit with members of the department, and spend time together as a community.
