Elburn and Countryside Fire Protection District hosts a Basic Operation Firefighter (BOF) class annually.
The BOF class generally runs from early February through June.
Classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm and typically 8:00 am - 12:00 pm on Fridays.

Elburn and Countryside Fire Protection District hosts an EMT-B class annually.
Classes will meet Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
The entire course will be approximately twelve weeks long and will begin in the fall.
